Effective from 8 October 2026
- Scope. These terms apply to the use of yesmee.hu and yesmeeapp.com and to the waitlist. Operator: Mamut Plan s.r.o. (details in the Legal notice). The Yesmee app will have its own terms and conditions when it launches.
- The waitlist. Signing up is free and does not create a contract or any payment obligation. It does not guarantee that the app will be available at a particular time or in a particular city.
- Age limit. Only people aged 18 or over who live in the European Union may join the waitlist.
- Information only. The features and planned prices described on the website are for information only; the final content and prices will be set out in the terms and conditions when the app launches.
- Prohibited use. You may not disrupt the website, query it automatically in bulk, or sign up on behalf of someone else or with someone else's email address.
- Intellectual property. The content of the website and the Yesmee name and logo are protected and may not be used without prior written permission.
- Liability. We do our best to keep the website accurate and running, but we are not liable for interruptions due to technical reasons. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by Slovak law; if you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
